Chijioke Uba is an academic, business and management consultant and trainer.

He is currently employed at the Northampton Business School (University of Northampton) as Lecturer in International Business and Strategy. He is also a Visiting Member of Staff at the School of Management, Royal Holloway University of London. In addition, he leads two modules, at undergraduate and MBA levels, on the University of London International Distance Learning Programmes. He holds a Doctorate in Sustainability Management and professional memberships with the British Academy of Management, African Academy of Management and British Higher Education Academy. He is also a Reviewer for the prestigious Journal of Business Ethics. As a consultant, Chijioke applies his expert knowledge and understanding of business and management to the industry. He has consulted extensively for businesses, development charities (NGOs), research and educational institutions in Europe (Sweden and the UK) and Africa (Nigeria).
